Stacy, Brian, and Amy were amazing! They made our wedding weekend flow smoothly and perfectly, and were always one step ahead of us when it came to organizing the logistics of the weekend. I can't praise them enough for their flexibility, creativity, and willingness to help out wherever they were needed. Stacy was absolutely the best resource I had throughout the wedding planning process, and the event was a true success because of all her help. Thank you, Stacy!

Hiring Stacy at the last minute was the best decision I ever made. I didn't have to worry about what was going on at the reception venue while getting ready. She was even nice enough to come to our hotel to pick up the guest list that I had forgotten to give to the gatehouse. When I walked into the ballroom, everything looked exactly as I had imagined it. I'll never know how many things went wrong that day because she handled everything.

Stacy, You were such a calm and organized presence on the day-of when my head was all over the place.  Andrew and I were so happy with all the details of our ceremony and reception - thank you so much for your help bringing it all together (and then taking it all apart afterwards!)!!

Stacy Henderlong did a GREAT job with my wedding.  We had a full 3 day event and she was so helpful before, during and after with preparations. Me and my family were really impressed with how she handled a VERY large Indian wedding ... given that it was her first time seeing this type of event. 

Stacy came with me to the hotel twice to see the site and also to meet with the people there.  She allowed us to store various wedding-related items at her house and she personally transported the items to the hotel beforehand.  She was helpful during the wedding/reception without being overly intrusive. She took charge of things without being asked and cooperated well with my family members who were in charge of various items.  Keep in mind that I provided a VERY detailed list of the things I needed her to do and gave her ample time to review it and come to me with questions.  This really gave me some peace of mind with the whole thing.  I'm not sure if that's always necessary - but, given the newness of our type of wedding/ceremony it was important that we both be on the same page from the beginning.   

Having Stacy is very much like having a friend there helping out ...but, not feeling bad about it.  She is young, has good taste and is an excellent companion to have throughout the whole thing. Plus it's really nice to just be able to ask someone to do something for you ... knowing that's what they are there for.

Dear Stacy, Thank you very much for everything you did to make our wedding run so smoothly. You were wonderful and so helpful throughout the whole planning process - we couldn't have done it without you! On the big day it was so comforting knowing that everything was in your more than capable hands. You really came through on all the small but important things (wine!) and we were touched that you took the time to add personal touches such as our picture in the favor frame!

You have truly been a pleasure to work with and we sincerely thank you for making our special day absolutely perfect.
